Privacy Policy

Tenztro Private Limited operates Netfyo. This policy explains the personal data handled when organizers create events and attendees register or participate.

Data we collect

We handle account details such as name, email, phone number, and profile information; event content and team membership; attendee registration answers and ticket status; check-in, certificate, feedback, and game activity; communications and delivery status; payment status and gateway payment references for online checkout, or organizer-recorded payment status otherwise; and limited technical and security logs.

How we use it

We use this data to authenticate users, operate event and registration workflows, prevent abuse, send requested transactional communications, provide support, maintain security, and understand aggregate product performance.

Organizers and sharing

An event organizer can access information submitted for that organizer's event and determines why it is collected. We do not sell personal data. We disclose data to infrastructure, email, and payment gateway providers (Razorpay, Stripe, or Cashfree for online checkout) only as needed to operate Netfyo, and when required by law or to protect users and the service.

Public information

Published event pages, organizer information intentionally marked public, event artwork, and certificate details accessed with a certificate serial may be visible without signing in. Do not publish information you intend to keep private.

Retention and security

We keep information while an account or event needs it and for reasonable legal, security, and backup periods. Security audit records are automatically removed after 12 months. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You may update profile data in the product and request access, correction, export, or deletion. Some records may need to be retained for security, legal obligations, or an organizer's legitimate event records. Marketing email can be unsubscribed from; operational messages needed for an active registration may still be sent.

Children and changes

Netfyo is not directed to children who cannot lawfully consent to this processing. We may update this policy and will communicate material changes through a reasonable channel where required.
