Terms of Service

These terms govern use of Netfyo, a product of Tenztro Private Limited. By using Netfyo you agree to these terms.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials safe.

2. Acceptable use

No fraud, spam, illegal events, or content that violates third-party rights.

3. Events and attendee data

Organizers are responsible for their event content, lawful collection of attendee data, communications, refunds, and fulfillment of anything they offer. Attendees must submit accurate registration information and follow the organizer's event rules.

4. Payments

Online ticket payments are processed by third-party payment gateways (Razorpay, Stripe, or Cashfree, depending on which is offered at checkout). Tenztro Private Limited is the merchant on these gateway transactions and collects ticket payments on behalf of the event organizer. Transfer of collected amounts to organizers is handled separately and is not automated in the service. Refunds are governed by the organizer's refund policy; approved refunds are processed back through the gateway that handled the original payment. Card and bank details are entered on the gateway's checkout and are not stored by Netfyo. Netfyo does not currently sell recurring software subscriptions. For a registration paid through online checkout, the payment status shown reflects the gateway's confirmation; for a registration settled outside online checkout, it is an organizer-recorded settlement and is not proof that Netfyo collected or refunded funds.

5. Availability and liability

Netfyo is provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, Tenztro Private Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

6. Suspension

We may restrict accounts or content that creates security risk, violates these terms, or is unlawful. You may stop using the service at any time.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated through the service or another reasonable channel before they take effect where required.
