Create activities and reward participation
Publish quizzes, polls, photo missions, challenges, booth stamps, and instant rewards.

Jump to a task
Publish an activity
- In Create an activity, choose its type and enter a Title and Description.
- For a quiz or poll, enter one choice per line. For a quiz, enter the correct answer exactly as one of the choices.
- For a booth visit stamp, enter a secret booth code of at least six characters. For a spin or scratch card, enter one reward per line.
- Choose Points and select Publish activity.
What happens nextThe activity appears in attendees’ event passports.
Each activity allows one attempt. Photo missions and challenges need review before points are awarded; quizzes award points only for the correct answer. Spin and scratch rewards are equally likely from the supplied list.
Close or reopen an activity
- Find the published activity card.
- Select Close activity to stop further participation.
- Select Reopen activity to allow participation again.
What happens nextThe active state changes. Existing entries and one-attempt limits remain.
Approve or reject an activity submission
- Open Review submissions.
- Read the answer or inspect the uploaded photo.
- Choose Approve or Reject and check the updated entry and score.
What happens nextReviewed mission or challenge entries receive the appropriate outcome.
Set registration milestone points
- Find Registration milestone and enter the points to award.
- Select Save registration points.
- Set the value to zero and save if you no longer want registration points enabled.
What happens nextEligible registration milestones use the configured points.
Review activity performance
- Read the Live leaderboard and Engagement report.
- Check the Booth visit heatmap for participation at each booth.
- Use the report’s export action to save the activity data.
What happens nextYou can see which activities guests joined and the points recorded.
