Manage email and WhatsApp preferences

Use message unsubscribe links and the consent switch on your ticket.

Where to go
Email footer → Unsubscribe; ticket page → WhatsApp updates.
Who can use it
The recipient of the email, or the signed-in owner of a ticket.

Unsubscribe from emails

  1. Open the Unsubscribe link in an email sent to you.
  2. On the confirmation page, select Unsubscribe.
  3. Check for the confirmation or Already unsubscribed result. If the link is invalid, use a valid link from another email.

What happens nextThe address is added to the email suppression list. The page does not provide a resubscribe control.

Change WhatsApp consent

  1. Open your own event ticket while signed in.
  2. Enable WhatsApp consent to receive supported event updates, or disable it to withdraw consent.
  3. Check the saved state.
