Platform administration

Publish and maintain blog articles

Create drafts, edit article content and search previews, and manage publication.

Where to go
Admin → Blog.
Who can use it
Platform super administrator.
Jump to a task

Write a draft

  1. Create a new article and enter its Title.
  2. Check the generated Slug and edit it if needed.
  3. Upload a cover image, write an Excerpt, and add the article body with the rich text editor.
  4. Fill the SEO title and description fields to control the search preview.
  5. Select Save draft.

What happens nextThe article is saved without being publicly published.

Preview, publish, or unpublish

  1. Open the article editor and review its current content.
  2. Use Preview to inspect the article where available.
  3. Select Publish when ready.
  4. Use the publication control to unpublish an article if it should no longer appear publicly.

What happens nextThe article’s publication status changes. Save edits before leaving the editor.

Delete an article

  1. Locate the article in the Blog list.
  2. Select Delete and read the confirmation.
  3. Confirm deletion if the article should be permanently removed.

What happens nextThe article is deleted; this list has no restore action.
