Write and format event content
Use the editor, uploads, and optional drafting assistance.

- Description, message, and other rich text fields.

- An editor with access to the event, message, or blog being changed.
Jump to a task
Format text
- Select text or place the cursor in the editor.
- Use the available toolbar controls for headings, emphasis, alignment, lists, quotes, or links.
- Add images or tables where those controls are offered. Paste formatted text and check its appearance.
- Save using the surrounding form’s save or publish button.
What happens nextThe formatted content is saved with the page or message.
Toolbar controls vary by field. Pasting content does not automatically publish it.
Use the editing toolbar
- Choose Heading 1, 2, or 3 to structure a section. Select Bold, Italic, Underline, or Strikethrough to toggle emphasis.
- Use Bullet list, Numbered list, Quote, or Code block for the selected text. Choose Align left, center, or right.
- Select Link to enter a URL; clear its URL to remove the link. Insert image uploads an image. Insert table adds a table at the cursor.
- Use Divider for a section break, Clear formatting to remove text formatting, and Undo or Redo to step through edits.
- Save the surrounding form.
What happens nextYour formatting is applied to the content.
Add or remove table rows and columns
- Place the cursor in a table to reveal its table controls.
- Use + Row or + Column to insert beside the current cell.
- Use − Row or − Column to remove the current row or column, or Delete table to remove the whole table.
- Use Undo if needed, then save the surrounding form.
What happens nextThe table structure changes with your content.
Upload or replace media
- Open the field’s upload control and choose an accepted file.
- Wait for upload completion before saving the form.
- Use its replace or remove control if you chose the wrong file, then save the surrounding form.
What happens nextThe selected media is attached to the content.
Follow the file types and size limits shown by that upload field. Different media and registration upload fields have different limits.
Use an AI draft when available
- Enter enough event information for a useful draft.
- Select Suggest, Draft, or the AI action offered beside the field.
- Read the suggestion, correct any invented detail, and edit the wording before saving or sending.

AI availability and quotas depend on deployment settings. If it is unavailable, write directly in the same field.
