Edit event details and media
Update the schedule, location, description, cover, gallery, and video.

- Open the event → Edit details.
- Who can use it
- Owner or a team member with event-management access.
Jump to a task
Edit the event description and identity
- Change Event title, Tagline, Category, or Event website.
- Write the description using the rich text editor.
- Select Save changes and wait for the confirmation.
What happens nextThe saved information is used on the public page.
Change the schedule or location
- Edit Starts, Ends, and Timezone. Keep the end after the start.
- Choose in-person, online, or hybrid mode. Complete the venue, country, city, address, or online link that applies.
- Save changes, review View page, and send a guest update if the change affects attendance.
What happens nextThe page uses the updated schedule and access information.
Editing a page is not a substitute for notifying guests who already saved the old details.
Change capacity, visibility, or approval
- In Registration, set Capacity and Visibility. Leave capacity empty for no event-wide cap.
- Choose Instant or Manual under Ticket approval.
- Save changes. Manage existing guest statuses separately in Guests.
What happens nextNew registration requests follow the saved setup.
Change the cover or promotional video
- In Cover & brand, replace the cover image or change the accent color.
- In Gallery & video, add or replace the promo video through the media control.
- Save changes and open View page to review the result.
What happens nextGuests see the updated media when the page loads.
Add, caption, reorder, or remove gallery images
- In Event gallery, use Add a gallery image.
- Enter a caption if needed. Use the earlier and later arrows to change the order, or Remove image to remove an item.
- Use the gallery’s save-order control and wait for confirmation. Save the event’s other unsaved details separately.
What happens nextThe public gallery reflects the saved image order and captions.
