Publish or unpublish
- Open the event and review its page, tickets, and registration rules.
- Use Publish in the header to publish a draft.
- Use Unpublish to take a published event back to draft when available.
What happens nextThe event’s publication status changes.
Unpublishing does not delete existing registrations or refund payments. Cancelled events have separate restrictions.
Duplicate an event
- Open Settings → Duplicate event, or use the duplicate action on its overview card.
- Open the new draft.
- Review the copied settings and update the dates, content, and ticket setup before publishing.
What happens nextA separate draft is created. The original event remains unchanged.
Request an ownership transfer
- In Settings, enter the New host email.
- Select Send request and confirm the event and recipient.
- If you need to stop a pending transfer, use Cancel request.
What happens nextOwnership stays with the current host until the recipient accepts.
Accept or decline an ownership request
- Sign in to the intended recipient account and open Overview.
- Find Event ownership requests.
- Review the event name, then select Accept or Decline.
What happens nextAccept makes you the new host; Decline leaves ownership unchanged.
Cancel an event
- Open Settings → Cancel event.
- Select Cancel event & notify guests.
- Confirm the event name and cancellation.
What happens nextRegistration closes and notifications are requested for registered guests.
This cannot be undone from this Settings panel. Cancellation does not itself process a payment refund. Check delivery and handle refunds separately.
