Complete the event setup

  1. Select Create event. In Basics, enter the title, tagline, description, and category. Name your category if you choose a custom one.
  2. In When & where, set start and end times, timezone, and event format. Add the venue and address for in-person attendance and the online link where needed.
  3. In Media & brand, add the event media and brand choices.
  4. In Tickets, configure the starting ticket and capacity. In Coordinators, add the people and contact details guests should see, or remove an unwanted coordinator row.
  5. Use Back and Next to review the setup. In Publish, choose the event visibility.
  6. Select Save draft to keep working, or Publish when you are ready for guests.

What happens nextA saved event appears in your organizer workspace. Publishing makes the page available according to its visibility.

The end must be after the start. Publishing is not the same as approving guests. Review ticket prices, registration rules, and contact details before sharing.

Finish the details before inviting guests

  1. Open the saved event and review Edit details.
  2. Use Tickets, Coupons, Registration rules, and Form to prepare booking.
  3. Add Speakers, set Branding, and invite your team as needed.
  4. Open View page and review the guest experience. Copy the event link when ready.

What happens nextGuests have a complete event page and a registration flow that matches your plan.
