Ticket types, limits, and bundles

Create a ticket type#

1. Select Add ticket.
2. Enter its name, description, price, currency, and capacity. Check the unit shown next to the price field.
3. Set sale start and end times, booking limits, and visibility. Keep Active selected for tickets you want to offer.
4. Select Save and review the ticket list.

What happens nextThe ticket is available when its active state, sale window, visibility, and capacity allow it.

Set booking and attendee limits#

1. Edit the ticket type.
2. Set Minimum per booking, Maximum per booking, and Maximum per attendee.
3. Set ticket capacity separately from the event-wide capacity.
4. Save the ticket.

What happens nextBookings must fit all applicable limits; a larger event capacity does not bypass a ticket’s capacity.

Create a bundle ticket#

1. Create the individual ticket types that the bundle includes.
2. Add or edit a separate ticket and select Bundle ticket.
3. Under Included tickets, select the non-bundle tickets to include and set the bundle price.
4. Save the bundle and review its availability.

What happens nextEach bundle reserves one place in every included ticket. The bundle price replaces their separate prices.

Make a ticket code-only#

1. Edit the ticket and choose Code only under Visibility.
2. Enter the Access code and save.
3. Give the code to the intended guests along with the event link.
4. To remove the code requirement, change Visibility back to Public and save.

What happens nextRegistration requires the correct code while code-only visibility is active.

A ticket access code is separate from a discount coupon and the event’s allowed-email list.

Edit, deactivate, reactivate, or delete a ticket#

1. Select Edit beside the ticket and change its settings.
2. Clear Active to stop offering it, or select Active again to offer it within its sale window. Save.
3. Use Delete only when you want to remove the type. Read the result: a type with existing registrations may be deactivated instead.

What happens nextExisting registrations keep their recorded booking amounts; editing the ticket is not a repricing or refund action.
