Send an event announcement

  1. Choose the Audience: approved, pending, waitlisted, checked-in, or all active guests.
  2. Enter the Subject and Message. Use {{name}} where you want the guest’s name inserted.
  3. Review the audience and wording. Use Draft for optional assistance, then edit the result.
  4. Select the send button and read the queued-recipient count.

What happens nextMatching messages are queued for background delivery, which continues after you leave the page.

A zero-recipient result means no guests matched. Queued does not mean delivered. There is no scheduled-send or recall control in this composer.

Review recent announcements

  1. Open Recent sends in Communications.
  2. Find the announcement by subject and time and inspect the available status information.
  3. Use Insights → Message engagement for delivery and engagement summaries; ask a platform administrator for detailed email retry when required.

What happens nextYou can check what was sent before sending another announcement.

Handle a missing email

  1. Confirm the guest’s email and the announcement’s audience.
  2. Check Recent sends and Message engagement. A pending registration may not be in an approved-only audience.
  3. Share the saved booking or ticket access route with the guest if they need their pass immediately.
  4. Ask a platform administrator to investigate failures instead of repeatedly sending the same announcement.

What happens nextThe guest can recover their ticket while delivery is investigated.
