Read and export event insights
- Review the registration funnel, approval and check-in counts, and the recent registrations-versus-check-ins chart.
- Inspect ticket mix, collected revenue by ticket type, and ticket performance.
- Use the export control to download the current report.
What happens nextYou have an event performance summary.
Collected revenue is different from unpaid reservations. Do not treat every registration as a sale.
Read and export audience attribution
- Find Audience and attribution.
- Review demographics from choice and checkbox questions, referral booking counts, and coupon or sponsor usage.
- Select Export audience report for its CSV.
What happens nextYou can compare the recorded audience groups and sources.
Referral counts describe bookings, not collected revenue. No audience data yet means there are no reportable records.
Enable or disable email-open tracking
- In Message engagement, read the tracking explanation.
- As an event manager, change the email-open tracking checkbox. Include this measurement in your attendee privacy notice when enabling it.
- Review the saved state and the available delivery and engagement counts.
What happens nextThe saved setting controls pixel measurement. Turning it off also stops measurement for previously sent event emails.
Each tracked email is counted once. Pixel links expire after 90 days. Image proxies and email privacy tools make opens an estimate, not proof that a person read the message.
Read WhatsApp and email engagement
- Open Message engagement after sending messages.
- Distinguish queued or provider-accepted messages from delivery, reads, and opens.
- Investigate errors with the integration settings or platform email logs.
What happens nextYou avoid treating provider acceptance as proof the guest read the message.
