Manage the platform
Moderate events, verify organizations, manage access, and inspect the audit trail.

- Workspace → Admin.
- Who can use it
- Platform super administrator. Organization and event roles do not grant this access.
Jump to a task
Inspect platform activity
- Open Overview and read the platform totals and recent activity.
- Use the Events, Organizations, Users, Bingo, Blog, and Activity log tabs for the relevant records.
What happens nextYou can move from the overview to the controls for a specific record.
Moderate an event
- Open Events and search by event title, slug, or city.
- Choose Publish, Unpublish, Cancel, or Delete for the event.
- Read the confirmation, enter the required reason, and confirm only the intended action.
What happens nextThe moderation action is recorded and the event state changes.
Unpublish can be reversed by publishing. Cancellation and deletion are not publish toggles; review their consequences before confirming. Cancelling an event does not automatically refund payments.
Verify or unverify an organization
- Open Organizations and find the organization.
- Select Verify, or Unverify to withdraw an existing verification.
What happens nextThe organization’s verification status changes.
Change a user’s platform access
- Open Users and search by name or email.
- Use the role controls to grant or revoke organizer or super administrator access.
- To suspend access, choose Suspend and enter the required reason. To restore access, choose the restore control.
What happens nextThe user’s role or suspension state changes, subject to the platform’s access protections.
Search and export the audit trail
- Open Activity log.
- Filter by action category and dates, or search actor, action, and target details.
- Use pagination to inspect more records.
- Select the CSV export action to save the displayed report scope.
