Issue certificates to attendees

  1. Verify that attendance is recorded correctly.
  2. Open Post-event → Certificates.
  3. Select Issue to all attendees and wait for the result.
  4. Review the issued count and listed serials.

What happens nextEligible checked-in attendees receive event-linked certificate records. Repeat issuance does not create a second certificate for the same attendee.

Use automatic issuance

  1. Open Operations → Attendance certificates.
  2. Enable Issue automatically on attendance.
  3. Disable it later to stop future automatic issuance.

What happens nextAttendance can issue certificates automatically, including eligible guests already checked in. Existing certificates are retained.

Verify a certificate serial

  1. Open the certificate’s verification link, or the Netfyo /verify/ address followed by its serial.
  2. Compare the recipient, event, and issue details with the certificate you received.

What happens nextA matching public record confirms the event-linked serial.

Standalone studio PDFs are not event-backed certificates and do not receive these verification records.
