Export registrations to Google Sheets

Save a service-account connection and refresh the event worksheet.

Connect a spreadsheet

  1. Enable the Google Sheets API in your Google Cloud project and create a service account.
  2. Download its JSON key and share your spreadsheet with the service account email as an Editor.
  3. Copy the spreadsheet ID from its URL into Spreadsheet ID.
  4. Paste the complete key into Service-account JSON key.
  5. Select Validate and save Google Sheets.

What happens nextThe saved connection has passed its read-access check. Export also requires edit permission.

Export or refresh registrations

  1. Check the dedicated worksheet name shown under the connection.
  2. Select Export registrations and wait for the exported-row count.
  3. Open the spreadsheet and inspect that worksheet.

What happens nextUp to 10,000 registrations are exported with contact, registration, and payment information.

Each export replaces the dedicated Netfyo worksheet’s contents. Keep your own calculations elsewhere; other worksheets are preserved. This is a manual export, not a continuous sync.

Remove the spreadsheet connection

  1. Select Disconnect on the Google Sheets card.
  2. If you also want to remove provider access, revoke the service account’s spreadsheet access in Google.

What happens nextNetfyo removes its saved connection. Existing sheet data remains.
