Integrations

Connect event integrations

Connect accounts, run sends and exports, and resolve connection errors.

Where to go
Open the event → Integrations.
Who can use it
Event owner or authorized event manager.
Jump to a task

Connect or update an account

  1. Choose WhatsApp or Google Sheets and open Setup instructions.
  2. Complete the provider fields using the matching guide below.
  3. Select Validate and save for that provider. To replace credentials, enter the new settings and credentials and validate again.

What happens nextA successful validation saves the connection. Saving alone does not send messages or export registrations.

Check integration activity

  1. Read the connection status and any Needs attention message.
  2. Review Recent activity after each send or export.
  3. For an Unknown result, check the provider before retrying to avoid duplicate sends.

What happens nextYou can distinguish connection errors, accepted requests, and delivery results.

Disconnect an integration

  1. Locate the connected provider.
  2. Select Disconnect.
  3. Check that its status becomes Not connected.

What happens nextThe saved connection is removed. Previously delivered messages and exported spreadsheets remain with the provider.
