Prepare this device while online
- Open Staff view on the device you will use at the door.
- Select Prepare offline verification.
- Wait for confirmation before losing connectivity. Use Refresh offline tickets to refresh the data when available.
What happens nextThis browser has a signed ticket manifest valid for four hours.
If the verification key is not configured, preparation fails. Ask the deployment administrator; keep an online check-in option available.
Use the prepared scanner offline
- Keep the prepared event open in the same browser.
- Start scanner and scan the guest ticket.
- Read the result. Offline scans are queued as Pending verification.
What happens nextEligible local scans enter the pending queue.
Offline duplicate detection is limited to this device. New cancellations, newly issued tickets, and scans at other gates may not be known until you reconnect. An expired manifest must be refreshed online.
Sync pending scans
- Reconnect the same device to the network.
- Use the queued · sync control if scans remain queued.
- Check the resulting statuses and any remaining queue before closing the event.
What happens nextAccepted scans are reconciled with the server.
A queued offline scan is not a final server-confirmed check-in. Do not clear this browser’s storage before pending work is resolved.
