Invite teammates and manage permissions
Assign event roles, grant specific capabilities, and remove access.

- Open the event → Team.
- Who can use it
- Owner or a member with team-management access.
Jump to a task
Invite a team member
- Enter the teammate’s email in Invite team member.
- Choose the role that fits their responsibilities and select Invite.
- Ask them to sign in with the invited email. Check whether their status changes from invited to active.
What happens nextThe teammate receives the access associated with that role.
If the invite is created but email fails, the invitation record still exists. Confirm the address and share the event workspace link separately.
Change a role or extra capability
- Find the member in the Team table.
- Choose another Role to update their access.
- Use the Coupons or Insights capability checkboxes when shown to grant or remove those specific permissions.
What happens nextThe saved role and capability changes determine the member’s controls.
Remove a team member
- Find the correct member and use the remove control.
- Check that the member disappears from the team list.
What happens nextThe event team membership is removed. Other independently granted organization or platform access may still apply.
Review team activity
- Open Team → Recent activity.
- Review the available records when checking who changed event information.
What happens nextYou have context for coordinating work and resolving accidental changes.
Field reference

| Viewer | Read-oriented access. Do not use it when someone needs management controls. |
| Coupons / Insights | Extra capabilities available in the team table. They do not make a user a platform administrator. |
