Build the registration form
Add questions, choices, required answers, and conditional fields.

- Open the event → Form.
- Who can use it
- Owner or event manager.
Jump to a task
Add a question
- Select Add field.
- Enter its Label and choose a Type. Add Help text to explain what a good answer looks like.
- For a choice field, enter Options separated by commas.
- Turn Guest must fill on if an answer is required. Leave the edited field to save text changes and wait for confirmation.
What happens nextThe question appears on the registration form.
Show a question only for a matching answer
- Create the question that will control the condition before the dependent question.
- On the dependent question, choose the controlling field in Show condition.
- Set the comparison and Expected value offered by the form.
- Open the public registration page and try both matching and nonmatching answers.
What happens nextThe dependent question appears only when its condition is met.
A hidden conditional question should not block registration. Avoid changing field keys or choice meanings after collecting answers.
Reorder, edit, or remove questions
- Use the up and down arrows to move a question earlier or later.
- Edit its label, type, required switch, choices, help text, or condition as needed.
- Use the trash control to remove a question you no longer need.
What happens nextFuture forms reflect the saved configuration.
Name, email, and phone are standard attendee details. Custom questions supplement them. Export answers before removing questions you may need for reporting.
Review answers and uploaded files
- Open Guests and select a person or their form-answer link.
- Read Form responses and open an available uploaded-file link.
- Use the guest export to retain the answers needed for event work.
What happens nextYou can use the submitted information without asking attendees to submit it again.
Field reference
